Shipping policy

We offer Free Express Shipping on all orders of any value. 

At Oprata, we understand the importance of receiving your purchase in a timely and secure manner. That's why we offer a variety of shipping options to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Orders are processed on the same day if they are received before 10:00 IST, orders received after 10:00 IST are shipped early next morning. For orders received before 10:00 IST on the day prior to a Holiday/Sunday, Dispatch will be done in the Morning of the next day of the Holiday/Sunday. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and shipping method.

Please note that during sales, promotions and holidays, order processing times may be longer than usual.

We also offer free in-store pickup for local customers.
