At Oprata, we know how much it means to receive your piece quickly and safely — so we've made sure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Orders placed before 11:00 AM IST are processed the same day; those placed after 11:00 AM IST are dispatched the very next morning. For orders placed before 11:00 AM IST on the day before a Sunday or holiday, dispatch takes place on the morning after the Sunday or holiday.

Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 1–2 days across metro cities and 2–4 days to most pincodes across India. Please note that during sales, promotions and holidays, processing may take a little longer than usual.

Prefer to collect in person? Free in-store pickup is available for local customers.
